Real Estate Inspection Issues

Quite often, SPPRC is called upon to do a swimming pool inspection prior to the sale of a home or commercial property. In doing so, we have come across incredible examples of serious construction issues. Our job is to evaluate the damage, and advise the real estate agent and the potential property buyers of what work will need to be performed in order for the pool to pass inspection.
